Refund policy

Please note we do not offer a refund on tune or flash licenses unless they are unused. We are able to see if a tune has ever been flashed.

Refunds are only provided for the OBD adapters in the case of the hardware being found to be faulty. The device may need to be returned to us for diagnosis prior to approval.
